  • Room acoustics to consider/adjust
  • How to adjust your recording levels for maximum quality and minimum noise
  • How to edit out "ums" and "ahs" and other unwanted parts
  • How to add 'bumper' music to the beginning and/or end of your tracks (if you want it) and how to fade the music in or out using the free software mentioned above
  • How to create custom CD/DVD labels and/or CD/DVD tray inserts

VIDEO EDITING/PRODUCING ($90/hour)

  • Basic video editing on a Mac using Final Cut Express ($199 list price)

COGNITIVE THERAPY ($90/hour)

As you may or may not know I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Certified NLP Practitioner, both are forms of cognitive therapy. In addition to hypnosis and NLP I use Time-Line, EFT, REBT and a host of other cognitive therapy techniques I've learned along the way to master thoughts and emotions.

Our BS (Belief System) has been of particular interest to me for many years. I have more and better techniques now than I ever have for neutralizing self-destructive beliefs. Negative emotions like guilt, shame, regret, failure, inadequacy, disappointment, helplessness, resentment, etc. can absolutely prevent you from achieving your goals and fulfilling your destiny.

In addition to 'doing' cognitive therapy with you, I can teach you the techniques so you can do them on your own for the rest of your life — as necessary.

*Personal time with David Humes. Hours can not be assigned to another person or entity. You have up to three months to use your hours, after which the unused hours will expire. You can pay for additional hours at your current Level "Effective Rate Per Hour" listed above. If, during the three month period, your total hours bring you into a higher Level (toward BLACK BELT), you can pay the difference for the new Level and receive the corresponding hours and new rate. Services to be performed at 804 Avery Valley Drive, Smyrna, Tennessee. One trip to perform services at a different location of your choosing within 60 miles of Avery Valley Drive is included at no additional charge. A charge of $75 for each additional trip will be added to your bill. All major credit cards are accepted.
